  • Correction Assistance
    In the event your application is rejected, we will assist you in making necessary corrections to your application, to the fullest extent of our abilities. If you are rejected for a reason outside of Simply Green MedCards’ control, such as an expiring ID, it is the Patient's responsibility to complete the necessary steps to attain valid documentation. Simply Green MedCards cannot help correct an application without the Patient’s compliance. If you are rejected for a reason beyond a correction being made, Simply Green MedCards is unable to assist with any corrections.

  • Veterans & OSU Students: $169

  • Discounted Rate: $107
    This pricing is available for individuals with Medicare, Soonercare, Sooner Select, Medicaid, or 100% Disabled Veterans (must provide a letter dated within the last six months).
